ValidaTek is hiring a Primary Technical Control Facility Lead to manage the 24x7 operational status of a cryptographic technical control facility supporting a large Department of Defense IT infrastructure program. The role oversees facility maintenance, operational planning, compliance with DISA 310-175-9, Tier 2 technical control help desk support, customer and stakeholder communication, and leadership and mentorship of the technical control team. Candidates must have at least five years of experience managing cryptographic facilities and network operations centers, relevant technical knowledge, team leadership ability, and an active TS/SCI clearance; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is also required.
