Description
Primer is hiring a Primer Leader to serve as the instructional and operational lead for a K–8 campus. The role combines teaching literacy and math, running interdisciplinary Pursuits, monitoring student progress, supporting families, leading parent conferences, conducting campus tours, and maintaining a safe, predictable classroom environment. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher and at least three years of experience as a lead teacher, homeschooling parent, or child-care provider for K–8 children.
