Textron Systems is hiring a Principal Contracts Specialist to support contract management and directors across a business unit. The role covers the full contracting lifecycle, including solicitation review, bid/no-bid decisions, proposal and cost analysis, contract administration, negotiations, compliance monitoring, issue resolution, and contract closeout. The position requires a BA/BS degree, at least seven years of experience with federal, commercial, and some international contracts, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
