Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Sourcing Engineer focused on Design for Manufacturing and Assembly within its Strategic Outsourcing Strategy. The role leads supplier and supplier-development engagement, provides technical producibility and DFX input for new product development, manages supplier selection and capability development, supports prototyping and transition to production, and contributes to cost, quality, schedule, and manufacturing readiness activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 9 years of design and manufacturing experience, at least 30% travel to supplier locations, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
