Textron Systems is hiring a Principal Sourcing Engineer focused on Design for Manufacturing and Assembly within its Weapon Systems business area. The role leads strategic outsourcing and supplier development, provides technical producibility and DFX input for new product development, manages supplier relationships and selection, supports prototyping and transition to production, and mentors junior engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 9 years of design or manufacturing experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
