Tribe AI is hiring a Principal to own complex enterprise client relationships, drive commercial outcomes and delivery quality, and coach and develop General Managers. The role also contributes to the GM function’s playbooks, hiring standards, and internal processes, while advising founders and leadership on partnership strategy and AI adoption. Candidates need 8–15+ years of progressive enterprise consulting, services, account management, or complex solution experience, a track record of building teams or practices, C-suite credibility, talent-recruiting experience, and familiarity with the AI landscape.
