Decimal is hiring a Principal to run a Columbus-based franchise accounting practice. The role combines firm management and operations, client delivery and team leadership, technical oversight of complex engagements, and business development and growth. Responsibilities include managing budgets, compliance, payroll, client relationships, performance reviews, onboarding, accounting-platform usage, and local marketing. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of relevant experience, direct client-management experience, complex-engagement review experience, and team-management experience; CPA is preferred. The position is based in Columbus, Indiana, with relocation considered.
