Assort Health is hiring a Principal Agent Strategist to lead its largest and most complex customer partnerships. The role owns accounts across the full customer journey, defines outcomes and expansion plans, coordinates governance and workstreams with C-suite stakeholders, protects renewals, brings customer insights into product and business decisions, and mentors other Agent Strategists. It is a senior individual contributor role requiring at least eight years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, consulting, implementation, or enterprise strategy, with healthcare, AI adoption, and startup experience preferred.
