Description
Elastic is hiring a Principal, Agentic Engineering Platform to lead the design, development, deployment, monitoring, and iteration of agentic systems supporting its global professional services organization. The role owns technical standards, product strategy, multi-step LLM-powered workflows, evaluation frameworks, observability, security, and integration with services delivery teams, with a key early priority on DIMA, Elastic’s migration automation platform for SIEM and observability projects. Candidates need 10+ years of platform, software, or technical professional services experience, production agentic or LLM application experience, Python engineering skills, and familiarity with developer tools and agent frameworks; SIEM, observability, data migration, and Elastic experience are bonus qualifications.
