Mastercard is hiring a Principal Agentic Platforms Architect to lead the technical vision, architecture, and hands-on development of enterprise agentic AI platforms. The role owns runtime orchestration, governance, model and tool integration, multi-tenancy, production deployment, observability, evaluation, and operational lifecycle management, while also establishing engineering standards, conducting architecture and code reviews, and mentoring engineers. The position requires 12+ years of software and AI engineering experience, production-grade agentic systems expertise, Python and modern AI/ML framework knowledge, cloud-native architecture experience, and strong AI governance and security knowledge.
