Description
Grip is hiring a Principal AI & Data Engineer to own the platform-wide data architecture and AI infrastructure that supports analytics, search, recommendations, and agentic products. The role covers data modelling, storage, batch and streaming pipelines, data contracts, governance, quality, lineage, observability, and standards for MCP-based tools. It reports to the Engineering Director, is remote-first with an optional London Bridge office, and requires production SaaS data architecture experience, database and pipeline expertise, AI and agentic-systems knowledge, and strong DevOps and observability skills.
