OpenText is hiring a Principal AI Developer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, production-grade AI systems for its Ireland R&D center. The role owns end-to-end delivery, technical architecture, observability, incident response, LLMOps/MLOps, performance optimization, and foundational IP in agentic AI, data sovereignty, and cybersecurity. It also involves mentoring junior engineers and establishing an EMEA Centre of Excellence for Agentic AI and Sovereign Cloud. Candidates need 6–8 years of distributed systems and cloud experience, AI/ML production expertise, experience with vector databases or LLM frameworks, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
