H2O.ai is hiring a Principal AI Engineer to design and ship end-to-end AI solutions for complex enterprise customers in the APAC region. The role combines customer engagement leadership, agentic AI and LLM application development, production ML pipeline and LLMOps engineering, backend API development, and delivery coordination. It requires 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, strong Python and modern GenAI skills, and experience deploying AI services in cloud or enterprise environments. The position is based in San Francisco, Bay Area, with a hybrid work arrangement and a base salary of $175,000 to $200,000.
