InvoiceCloud is hiring a Principal AI Engineer to architect and operate a shared AI platform supporting multi-agent orchestration, ML inference, LLM gateways, tool registries, observability, and AI-enabled services. The role combines hands-on production coding, architectural decision-making, AI strategy, safety and governance, and team mentoring. It requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML, along with expertise in Azure, Microsoft AI, Python, .NET, LLM systems, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems. The position is based in India on a hybrid schedule of three days in the office per week and reports to the VP of Engineering or CTO.
