Description
OutSystems is hiring an AI Software Developer for its AI Product Development Lifecycle team to architect and evolve internal AI-agentic frameworks, design and orchestrate AI agents and subagents, develop Python, GoLang, or TypeScript code using prompt engineering, RAG, and tool calling, integrate MCP servers and tooling ecosystems, implement continuous delivery pipelines, and mentor global team members. The role requires at least four years of software engineering experience, including team or initiative leadership, plus one year of dedicated AI engineering experience and proficiency with APIs, AI-native IDEs, and English communication.
