Description
PointClickCare is hiring a Principal AI Engineer to design and architect scalable, secure, enterprise-grade AI/ML platforms and solutions for product teams. The role focuses on reference architectures for agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and multimodal applications; technical standards and governance; vendor and technology evaluations; cloud-native infrastructure; and alignment with product roadmaps. The position requires 8+ years of cloud architecture and platform engineering experience, including at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML infrastructure and GenAI solutions, and is hybrid with travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for team events.
