Smartsheet is hiring a Principal AI Engineer for its India Global Capability Center to own the architecture of its AI platform, including agent harnesses, sub-agent frameworks, knowledge and context graphs, retrieval and grounding systems, deployment, security, governance, and shared reference capabilities. The role serves as a technical lead for strategic technology partners and cross-functional teams, requiring deep experience with Databricks, AWS Bedrock/AgentCore, MCPs, LLM tooling, and production-scale agentic systems. The position is remote and requires ongoing eligibility to work in India.
