Analog Devices is hiring a Deep Agentic Reasoning Engineer to design and build multimodal reasoning models for edge AI applications. The role covers the full research lifecycle, including model development, data preparation, training, evaluation, Python prototyping, knowledge distillation, and dissemination of research. Candidates need a PhD in an AI-related field, 10+ years of software-product experience, 6+ years of AI/ML product experience, and a strong publication record. The position requires 10% travel, is a first-shift day role, and offers a base salary of $230,000 to $316,250 plus medical, vision, dental, retirement, vacation, holiday, and sick-time benefits.
