Pipedrive is hiring a Principal AI/ML Scientist & Engineer to lead a growing team of Applied Scientists and AI/ML Engineers and set technical strategy for AI/ML solutions in its CRM. The role focuses on extracting value from structured and unstructured data, building autonomous agentic workflows and real-time reasoning engines, advancing large language model operations, and delivering production-grade AI systems. Candidates need at least 8 years of applied science or engineering experience, strong AI/ML and data engineering expertise, and the ability to lead through technical authority. The position is hybrid and requires candidates to already have the legal right to work in Estonia.
