AIS is hiring a Senior Software Architect to serve as a Principal AI-Native Engineer on an initial client assignment. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with enterprise software architecture, AI-native development, cloud and platform engineering, quality and testing practices, and mentorship. It requires 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, enterprise application delivery experience, and expertise in architecture, cloud-native systems, CI/CD, security, observability, and AI-assisted development. The targeted base salary is $195,000-$210,000 per year.
