Tipalti is hiring a Principal, AI Transformation to lead AI-led operational transformation across Legal, People, and Financial Planning & Analysis. The role will identify workflow gaps, map cross-functional processes, prototype and deploy AI solutions using Claude and related tools, advise on technology stacks, and design reliable, auditable, and compliant internal products. The position requires hands-on AI and automation development, end-to-end workflow thinking, strong communication across organizational levels, and the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
