Description
Intuit is hiring a Principal in its AI Transformation Org to lead blueprint-driven redesign and production adoption of AI-enabled workflows across non-engineering functions such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success, and People & Places. The role focuses on scaling approved enterprise workflow patterns, setting baselines and measurement, driving adoption and handoff to business functions, feeding platform and governance gaps back to the enterprise architecture team, and aligning workflow changes with workforce evolution. The position requires deep experience with production AI/ML or agentic workflow systems, enterprise change leadership, stakeholder influence, and a bachelor’s degree, with preferred experience in enterprise functions, responsible AI, and forward-deployed/solutions architecture work.
