Description
Intuit is hiring a Principal to lead blueprint-led AI workflow redesign across non-engineering functions such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success, and People & Places. The role focuses on taking approved enterprise AI workflow patterns into production, driving adoption with AI Champions, setting baselines and measurement contracts, coordinating with HR and platform/architecture partners, and ensuring redesigned workflows stick after the central team steps back. It requires substantial experience with production AI/ML systems or agentic workflows, cross-functional change leadership, and stakeholder influence at senior levels; a bachelor’s degree is required and a technical or related field is preferred.
