Solidigm is hiring a Principal Engineer, AI Transformation to serve as a senior technical leader and individual contributor within its Firmware Organization. The role evaluates emerging AI technologies, designs adoption strategies, and leads the end-to-end integration of AI capabilities into firmware engineering workflows, including LLM and agentic AI tooling, CI/CD and IDE enhancements, validation automation, secure infrastructure, and cross-functional AI governance. Candidates need 10+ years of software or embedded engineering experience, deep C/C++ embedded systems expertise, and hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI systems. The position offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits, with compensation of $196,240 to $314,000.
