Amgen is seeking a Principal-level AIML Engineer to design and deploy advanced AI/ML systems, with a strong emphasis on Reinforcement Learning and decision intelligence. The role involves building scalable production AI solutions, architecting end-to-end systems that integrate RL with GenAI/LLMs/agent frameworks, leading multi-agent and agent-based AI development, and providing technical leadership across enterprise teams. Candidates should have strong Python, MLOps, cloud, and distributed systems experience, plus 12 to 17 years of ML/AI engineering experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
