Micron Technology is hiring an Analog Verification Engineer to develop scalable verification solutions for next-generation DRAM products. The role defines DRAM analog verification strategy, partners with design teams, develops Python-based analog and reliability verification test benches and flows, and provides technical leadership through mentoring and innovation. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 10 years of design and verification engineering experience, gate-level analog simulation and debug experience, VLSI circuit design knowledge, advanced Python proficiency, and experience with LLMs and agentic AI tools.
