TTEC is seeking an experienced Principal Analyst to oversee the strategic, configurational, integrative, and supportive aspects of the Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition (ATS) platform. The successful candidate will possess comprehensive understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle, extensive hands-on expertise across all Taleo modules, and proven success in executing full-cycle Taleo ATS implementations. This role involves independent management of integrations with various HRMS/ERP systems, background check providers, job boards, and career sites, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and external vendors.
