Description
Kapta Space is hiring a Principal Antenna Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, and maturation of high-frequency and millimeter-wave electronically scanned radar antennas. The role involves translating radar performance requirements into antenna architectures, developing microwave circuits and hardware, performing measurements and simulations, optimizing array performance, supporting spacecraft integration and qualification, and developing control algorithms. It is an onsite position in Redmond, Washington, requiring a relevant advanced degree and at least 10 years of RF/antenna development experience.
