Description

Groundswell is seeking an experienced Principal Appian Developer Consultant to lead client delivery teams on complex Appian implementations for federal agencies. The role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, mentoring, and process improvement, with responsibilities spanning Agile delivery, QA, governance, scalability, DevSecOps, integrations, and internal enablement. Candidates must have significant Appian and IT experience, relevant technical education, an active Lead Certification, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of experience with Appian solutions
At least 5 years of related IT experience
Preferred Qualifications: Active Lead Certification
Secret clearance eligibility; existing Secret clearance preferred
U.S. citizenship required
Local to the DC Metro area preferred
Willingness to travel 0-15%
Strong communication, organizational, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
DevSecOps/configuration management experience
Cloud computing experience
