Sabre is hiring a Principal Application Architect for the Nova Team within its Customer Identity and Access Solutions organization in Kraków. The role provides hands-on architectural leadership for large-scale, distributed, cloud-native identity and access platforms, defining modernization roadmaps, architectural standards, governance, and target-state designs while guiding engineering teams and senior stakeholders. The position requires 10+ years of software engineering, application architecture, or technical leadership experience, expertise in microservices, domain-driven and API-first design, Kubernetes, preferably GCP, CI/CD, testing, security, performance, resilience, and production readiness. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
