Strivector Corp is hiring a full-time, onsite Principal Application Engineer in Irvine, California, for a direct-hire permanent position. The role leads semiconductor packaging application engineering, develops KPI-driven improvements, supports material testing and test vehicle development across 2.5D, 3D, HBM, and CoWoS technologies, serves as the primary technical customer interface, resolves product implementation and performance issues, and manages a 2–4 person application engineering team. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field and at least 12 years of semiconductor packaging or process experience, along with people management and customer communication skills.
