Generix Group is hiring a WMS Support Engineer to analyze and resolve production incidents, provide 24/7 technical support, participate in deployments and testing, recommend technical solutions, monitor system performance, maintain documentation, train users, and assess application-change impacts. The role requires at least 24 months of IT, logistics, technology, or related experience, 24 months of WMS experience, a computer science or related college diploma, supply-chain software knowledge, and Java debugging skills. The position pays $38.67 per hour and offers a hybrid arrangement with three remote days per week.
