Description
Redesign is hiring a Principal Applied AI Engineer to build durable, long-horizon agentic workflows for healthcare investing and venture decision-making. The role combines applied AI research, production systems, complex human-agent interaction, context engineering, evaluation, and self-improving feedback loops, while also mentoring engineers and helping portfolio companies adopt AI-native workflows. Candidates should have 10+ years in a senior technical role, expertise in Python and/or TypeScript, experience with modern agent frameworks, and a record of building sophisticated agentic systems. The position is hybrid and based in New York, San Francisco, or Bengaluru, with compensation including cash and fund equity.
