Description
Intuit is hiring a Principal Applied AI Lead to help transform Talent Acquisition by identifying high-value AI and automation opportunities, building working prototypes and production-ready solutions, and establishing governance, metrics, and playbooks for AI agents used across TA teams. The role requires deep TA domain experience combined with hands-on AI implementation experience, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration with recruiting, HR, Legal, Compliance, and engineering.
