Description
UiPath is hiring a Principal Applied Scientist to lead research and development of frontier AI systems for enterprise automation, including foundation models, agentic workflows, multimodal reasoning, reinforcement learning, post-training, model alignment, evaluation, and production AI systems. The role combines applied research with production engineering, requires translating research into products, and includes mentoring scientists and engineers while influencing the company’s long-term AI strategy. Candidates should have deep expertise in large-model training, post-training, RLHF, evaluation, agentic reasoning, tool use, planning, multimodal learning, and related technologies, with a PhD or equivalent research experience preferred.
