The role covers large-context LLM design, agentic workflows, AI guardrails, prompt and policy-as-code standards, AI-driven code review, vendor evaluation, developer adoption, reliability metrics, and cross-organizational leadership. Candidates need 10+ years of software, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience, including 3+ years designing LLM-powered developer tools, along with expertise in LLM context, prompt engineering, AST analysis, CI/CD, and security and compliance. The U.S. role offers a base salary of $216,000–$300,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
