Majesco is hiring a Principal Architect for its P&C insurance business. The role owns end-to-end solution architecture for customer implementations and modernization programs, translating business and technology requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable architectures spanning policy, billing, claims, digital, data, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and customer ecosystem components. The architect leads design reviews, manages risks and dependencies, partners with customers, Product, Engineering, Services, Security, Cloud, and Data teams, mentors technical teams, and promotes product-first standardization, automation, reusable patterns, and AI-enabled engineering practices. The posting seeks a bachelor's or master's degree in a related technical field, typically 12+ years of enterprise technology experience, and preferably 7+ years of P&C insurance technology experience.
