Description
The Principal Architect - Majesco P&C owns end-to-end solution architecture for assigned P&C insurance customer implementations and modernization programs. The role translates business and technology requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable architectures across policy, billing, claims, digital, data, APIs, integrations, and customer ecosystems; leads design reviews and technical risk management; partners with Product, Engineering, Services, Security, Cloud, Data, and customer teams; and mentors solution architects, technical leads, and engineering teams. The role requires deep enterprise P&C platform architecture experience, cloud-native distributed systems expertise, integration and data architecture knowledge, and the ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively.
