Sprinklr is hiring a Principal Architect to set technical direction for shared Java platform capabilities used across its enterprise Unified-CXM product. The role owns architecture for workflows, reporting, analytics, multi-tenant configuration-driven platforms, APIs, events, GraphQL, gRPC, REST, Kafka, and distributed systems; leads modernization, performance, reliability, cost, observability, and incident follow-through; and mentors senior architects and technical leads. The position requires a BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent, 12+ years of professional software development experience, 5+ years in senior technical leadership, and production experience with Java, distributed systems, Kafka, databases, search, cloud platforms, microservices, and AI-assisted coding tools.
