Description
S&W is hiring a Principal Architect to transform its global IP intelligence organization into an AI-first, scalable platform. The role owns the architecture and early-stage development of AI-native workflows, backend services, APIs, modern frontend experiences, Azure-based deployments, Databricks data and AI layers, DevOps, and MLOps. It requires 12–15+ years of software engineering experience, significant architectural ownership, and hands-on experience with distributed enterprise systems, cloud deployments, and polyglot programming. The position is based in Gurugram, India, with five days per week in the office.
