Description
The OECD is hiring an AI Engineer to join the AI Lab within the Executive Directorate’s Digital, Knowledge and Information Service and the Organisation-wide AI division. The role focuses on designing and industrialising reusable AI engineering frameworks, identifying high-value AI use cases, developing and testing AI-enabled applications and workflows, and supporting production deployment, governance, security, and operationalisation. The position requires an advanced university degree or equivalent practical experience, significant organisational-scale AI development experience, and knowledge of generative AI, RAG, agent-based systems, Python, data pipelines, cloud deployment, and software engineering. It is a fixed-term appointment for 36 months with possible renewal, with a monthly base salary starting at EUR 7,782.39 and an application deadline of 6 October 2026.
