The role involves advising property companies, real estate investors, public sector clients, corporate occupiers, and contractors on high-value construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. The team is among the largest and most experienced in the UK, offering comprehensive legal and technical expertise across various aspects of construction and engineering law.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in advising on all major forms of construction contract, including JCT, NEC, MF/1 and FIDIC.
Experience in advising on development and funding agreements and agreements for lease.
Experience of working on major projects and regeneration schemes.
Ability to run major matters with little partner supervision.
Experience of supervising junior fee earners
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent time management and organisation skills
