Description
WSP is hiring a Principal or Associate Director for its Drainage Engineering team in the South East. The role leads drainage design and delivery for highway, rail, infrastructure, and site-development projects from concept through completion, manages client relationships, and supervises drainage engineers. Candidates should be chartered or incorporated engineers or degree-qualified, have extensive post-degree experience designing sustainable drainage solutions, and demonstrate knowledge of drainage design, relevant standards, project and team management, and software such as Civil 3D, Causeway Flow, or Microdrainage.
