Description
The Final Test Principal Associate Engineer in Operation Engineering performs machine performance validation on semiconductor packaging equipment through calibration, setup, and testing. The role provides Level 1 support for assembly-process problems, supports process engineers with metrology and inspection protocols, contributes to process recipes and tooling, validates manufacturing fixtures and work instructions, and supports test-data reporting. The position requires an engineering diploma, typically three or more years of related experience, statistical analysis and design-of-experiment skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts.
