AECOM is hiring a Principal/Associate River Engineer for its UK Water Environment team to deliver nature recovery, rewilding, and river restoration projects. The role covers environmental engineering, river and wetland restoration, detailed design, CDM and design safety compliance, contractor supervision, and project management. Applicants need a relevant degree, proven river and waterway restoration experience, strong project management and delivery experience, CDM and design safety leadership, and excellent communication and leadership skills. The position offers hybrid work options and requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
