AlfaTech is hiring a full-time Principal, Electrical Department Manager to lead and mentor approximately 15 engineers and designers in its San Jose office. The role combines electrical engineering design, project management, quality assurance, staffing, recruiting, training, client communication, and construction observation. Candidates need at least 12 years of consulting or design-build electrical experience, project management and direct supervision experience, and strong knowledge of codes, standards, and engineering processes; PE registration and LEED accreditation are preferred. The position is hybrid, with expected office work in San Jose, California, and an annual salary of $160,000 to $190,000.
