HDR is hiring a Principal to lead the Education and Science practice in the Southwest. The role sets strategic direction, builds and sustains a high-value client portfolio, leads projects from pre-positioning through close, directs project teams, and makes client presentations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Architecture, 15 years of related experience, at least 7 years of project management experience, Registered Architect status, large-scale project experience, team leadership, business development, sustainable design, Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel. Preferred qualifications include experience with biotech, pharmaceutical, corporate science, higher education, Revit, and LEED.
