Description
Outwood Academy Redcar is seeking a Principal to lead the academy’s next phase of growth, with delegated accountability for educational standards, innovation, curriculum quality, staff leadership, resource management, and community engagement. The role is accountable to the Chief Executive and Associate Executive Principal, requires NPQH status and a track record of transformational leadership, and may require flexibility to work across the wider Outwood Family of Schools. The advertised salary is L28–L34, negotiable for an exceptional candidate, with a start requirement of January 2027 or earlier by negotiation.
