Description
Marvell is hiring a Principal Test Development Engineer in its Operations business group to develop and manage production and characterization ATE test programs and hardware for silicon semiconductor chips. The role collaborates with design teams, supports new product qualification and transfer, manages test programs across manufacturing sites, and drives test cost reduction and yield improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of related experience, or a master’s or PhD with 5+ years, plus at least 5 years of semiconductor test engineering experience and strong ATE, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing expertise.
