Nationwide is hiring a Principal Auditor to join its Internal Audit team and deliver end-to-end, risk-based audits across model risk, credit risk, and other business areas. The role involves planning and executing audits, testing controls, identifying risks, tracking issues, supporting continuous improvement, and communicating findings to stakeholders. Candidates should have internal or external audit or comparable risk management experience, ideally in financial services, along with change-delivery, audit planning, control testing, stakeholder management, data analysis, and reporting experience. The role offers flexible working, hybrid arrangements, and work from Swindon, London, or Glasgow.
